About our Founder, Kelly Morgan

Kelly Morgan is the founder of Crafted Advisors, a commercial advisory firm helping emerging and mid-size beverage brands navigate growth, distribution, wholesaler alignment, and market execution


With nearly two decades of experience across leading global suppliers, independent markets, national accounts, distributor strategy, and commercial planning, Kelly brings an operator's view to the work:  practical, direct, and focused on what it takes to turn distribution into sustainable velocity.

Kelly built her career inside some of the most competitive commercial organizations in beverage alcohol, including Diageo, Beam Suntory, and Constellation Brands.  Her work has spanned revenue growth, distributor management, wholesaler negotiations, national accounts, CA market leadership, commercial planning, route-to-market strategy, and business transformation.


Across these roles, she developed a clear view of where brands typically get stuck: not at the idea stage, but in the messy middle between distribution and repeatable growth..


A brand may have the product, the story, and the placement.  But, without the right market priorities, wholesaler alignment, account focus, selling tools, and executional discipline, distribution does not reliably turn into reorder velocity.  This is the gap Crafted Advisors was built to solve.

Kelly is based in Bozeman, Montana, and works with beverage brands across the U.S.  She brings a direct, operator-led style to every engagement, shaped by years inside supplier organizations, distributor conversations, market visits, account calls, and commercial war rooms.
